The Midland Apartments: Leasing Progress & What's Next

Leasing is well underway at The Midland Apartments on Carbonate Street! The first building at 564 Carbonate Street is nearly full, with 20–24 of its 30 units either occupied or soon to be.

Leasing has also begun for the second building, with five leases already signed. Final certificate of occupancy inspection of the second apartment building has been requested for Tuesday August 5th. Once approved through the Town of Buena Vista, Chaffee County Building Department and State and Local Fire Officials, residents can begin moving in. Fading West Properties and the Chaffee Housing Authority are actively processing additional applications, and as other new rental options in town fill up, The Midland is seeing growing interest in its remaining units.

Tributary Development anticipates even more momentum as landscaping and shared amenity spaces are completed. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting new housing option continues to take shape in Buena Vista!
