The Town of Buena Vista Public Works Department is kicking off crackseal operations as part of our ongoing 2026 Streets Chipseal Project—helping extend the life of our roads and keep travel smooth and safe.

📍 Where You’ll See Activity

Crews will be working with rolling single-lane closures in the following areas:

• Meadow Lane
• South San Juan Avenue
• West Main Street
• Cedar Street
• South Main Neighborhood

📅 When to Expect Impacts

• Start: Wednesday, April 22 at 8:00 AM
• End: Friday, April 24 (end of day)
• Weather may impact timing

🚧 What to Expect

• Rolling single-lane closures with flaggers
• Short travel delays as crews move through neighborhoods
• Active work zones throughout the day

The Town will implement a traffic control plan to maintain safe and steady traffic flow during the project.

🚫 Important: No On-Street Parking

To ensure crews can fully complete the work:

• Please do not park on affected streets
• Avoid parking along edges of asphalt and paved areas

This helps crews seal all surfaces efficiently and avoid delays.
