As part of its Water Wise Initiative, the Urban Land Institute will convene a panel of 6–10 land use and water experts to provide independent, cross-sector guidance to the Town.

This roundtable will:

• Support implementation of the Town’s Water Conservation Plan
• Provide recommendations on waterwise landscaping codes and policies
• Address new requirements under SB 24-005 (nonfunctional turf restrictions)
• Offer guidance on planting standards, irrigation practices, and development options
• Deliver practical, actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately

A public presentation of findings will be held on September 22, 2026.
