Graduated the Pikes Peak Regional Law Enforcement Academy in 2000, and worked 9 years with the Park County Sheriff's Office, as a deputy and a detective. Has served on the Park and Chaffee County Tactical Teams as an operator and team leader. Came to the Buena Vista Police Department in 2010, serving as a patrol officer, a sergeant, and eventually becoming chief of police in the summer of 2020. A 5th generation Colorado Native.
