New Police Station

You may have noticed - our police department is currently using a building that was designed as a bank for their police station! Not only is the building itself extremely small for the department's needs, but its security, evidence storage, and access are not adequate either. In addition, having the police station at the East end of Main Street is not ideal for quick and safe responses to emergency situations elsewhere in Town. Now is an exciting time though - we are ready to not only dream of a new police station, but to actually identify where it will be and fully design and build it. This project page is your one-stop-shop to learn everything about where the process is, learn more about the details, and weigh in as we ask your input into your community's new police station.

We will want your participation in the design process, especially around look and feel of the station, as well as if there are opportunities for a community room or other flexible public space.
