This online space is designed to keep you informed and engaged as the Town of Buena Vista and Triview Metropolitan District move forward with a collaborative effort to transform nearly 294 acres of historically irrigated farmland into resilient, native open space for public benefit.

The project includes:

• Annexation of the land into the Town of Buena Vista

• Long-term land use as open space and recreation

• A multi-year revegetation plan to restore native grasses and control invasive weeds

• Annual monitoring and adaptive management to ensure ecological success

• Community contributions, including future trails and recreational access
